About us


We are a design research & strategy shop based in Brooklyn, NY.

We have years of experience working in the impact space — healthcare, financial inclusion, sustainable manufacturing, sanitation, sexual abuse and more — applying design research, strategy, ideation, systems change facilitation, prototyping & user testing methodologies to these challenges. Most of our work focuses on women.

We take a systems change approach to our work. We believe that every design has a consequence — no solution, no project exists in a vacuum. Everything is part of a larger, often complex system. In our work we identify, visualize and integrate into the overall system.
